A.High resolution edited images will be sent to you in a private online gallery via email. These will then be available for you to download to your phone or computer.

A.This depends on how everyone is travelling on the day! I generally guarantee 12 images however on average between 20 & 40 images are delivered to client galleries.

As the comfort and hapiness of clients is my focus I feel it is important to not push anyone in order to capture photos especially when littles are involved.

A.There is a travel fee for all shoots performed out of the Warrnambool & Portfairy areas. This is assessed on a case by case basis so please reach out!

A.My personal recommendation is to avoid loud patterns/colours, Large logos or anything too matchy matchy!
Neutrals of any tone always translate beautifully in images.

This being said it is so important to feel comfortable in what you are wearing. Wear what feels right for you and your family!

A.As a natural Light photographer I hold my outdoor family & couples shoots in the early morning between 8:30am & 9:00am as well as in the early evening around sunset. This helps achieve that gorgeous soft light that we all appreciate so much

Indoor shoots can be held throughout the day. For these I generally recommend preparing three areas in the home that have the best natural light source.

A.If the weather is not playing along (thank you Victoria) or a family member is unwell your session can be rescheduled for no extra cost.

Likewise if I am unwell your shoot will need to be rescheduled for another time. This is very important to me as I would never want to bring germs into someones home. Especially where there may be a newborn.

For cancellations your deposit will be retained.
